Marketing (Student) Intern — make hospitals come to us.

Run the social accounts. Optimize the website for search. Create content that ranks, gets shared, and converts. As a Marketing Intern, you'll own the inbound engine — the work that makes hospitals and clinicians discover our products on their own, and turns that attention into real leads. If you live on Instagram and TikTok, write well, and want to see your posts move a real business, this is your role.

About the role

Imperial Healthtech builds advanced management systems for hospitals and clinics — an AI medical scribe, claim analytics (BPJScan), electronic medical records (RME), and clinical decision support (CDSS). Great products still need to be found. That's your job: build the content, social presence, and search visibility that make the right people discover us — and turn that attention into inbound leads our commercial team can follow up on.

This is a hands-on, ship-every-week role. You'll actually run the accounts, publish the posts, and edit the pages — not just make slides about them. We understand the importance of academic progress, so this internship is eligible for SKS conversion according to your university's guidelines. Minimum 6-month commitment.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule social content across Instagram (@lifeatimperial and our product channels), LinkedIn, and TikTok — carousels, reels, and posts that people actually stop for
  • Grow reach and engagement by testing hooks, formats, and posting times — and doubling down on what works
  • Optimize the website for search — on-page SEO, landing pages, copy, and CTAs — so more of the right visitors turn into leads
  • Write content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — blog articles, case studies, product one-pagers, and captions
  • Support email marketing — newsletters and nurture sequences that keep leads warm
  • Design simple graphics (Canva / Figma) and cut short-form video (CapCut) to keep the content pipeline full
  • Track performance in GA4, Google Search Console, and social insights — and report what's actually driving leads
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video gen) to research, draft, and produce content faster

Who we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree as an active 3rd- or 4th-year student — Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Public Relations, or any major who lives on social and can write
  • Strong writing in Bahasa Indonesia (and workable English) — you can make a caption or a headline feel effortless
  • You understand social platforms natively — Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn are second nature to you
  • Basic design sense (Canva / Figma) and ideally short-form video editing (CapCut / Premiere)
  • Organized and consistent — you ship on schedule and you're curious about the numbers behind the content
  • Willing to work on-site in Semarang, Indonesia, full-time
  • Financially able to commit to an unpaid internship for 6 months

The AI part

We won't expect you to be an AI expert on day one — but if you've never used AI tools voluntarily, this internship isn't the right fit. Modern marketing runs on it.

  • You're actively using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image and video generators) to research, draft, and produce content — not just heard about them
  • Excited to learn how a marketing team uses AI to research SEO, generate assets, and publish faster than the competition

Bonus skills (not required)

  • A portfolio — a social account you grew, a blog, a TikTok, or a design portfolio you can show us
  • Basic SEO knowledge or a keyword tool you've played with
  • Comfort with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Premiere
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Experience with GA4, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool)

Logistics

  • Duration: Minimum 6 months (start date flexible)
  • Location: On-site Semarang, Jl. Gunung Sawo No. 17
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB
  • Compensation: Unpaid. We accept students for formal internships convertible to academic credit (MBKM / SKS) or used as a primary data source for your thesis.
  • Documentation provided: MoU with your university, official assignment letter, final report, mentor evaluation, certificate, and recommendation letter
