Organizational Structure

We operate in a flat hierarchy. While you have a direct report for guidance, there are no middle managers — you're free to reach out to anyone, from peers to the executive team, to share ideas or collaborate.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Objective Setting: Meet your mentor in week 1 to align on initial objectives.
  • Direct Report: Your go-to person for guidance, task-setting, and support.
  • Freedom to Act: Take initiative, propose projects, and work flexibly across teams.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Open Channels: Slack keeps everyone connected.
  • Regular Forums: Updates, challenges, and brainstorming.
  • Feedback Culture: Constructive feedback flows in both directions.

Availability

  • Full-time employees: on-site at Semarang office, 08:00–17:00 WIB.
  • Remote interns/employees: 20 or 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Interns: keep availability current via Squad Lead and Slack profile.

Daily Report

Critical for accountability and productivity. Each report includes:

  • Activities completed
  • Plan for tomorrow
  • Challenges and assistance needs

Submit via Slack — Interns: #x-interns; Employees: #mm-core-squad.

Weekly Reflection

Used for performance review and recognition. Each reflection covers:

  • Accomplishments: quantitative summary of achievements.
  • Learnings & Challenges: insights and difficulties.
  • Impact: contributes to recognition and recommendation letters.

  • Follow your committed working hours
  • Turn on your webcam during video calls
  • Respect others' working hours
  • Be clear & transparent in Daily Reports & Weekly Reflections
  • Finish your deadlines on time

Accountability

Disciplinary actions.

Missing Daily Reports, Weekly Reflections, or team events without notification triggers escalation in three steps.

Friendly reminder via Slack.

🟠 Orange Notice

One-on-one discussion on commitment.

🔴 Red Notice

Contract termination after 3 working days of no improvement.
